Here are my numbers for 2020: I started with a number of 319 minis in stock but rise get an extra 59 minis. Fortunately I get 77 fully painted so I start 2021 with a PoS on the reducing path at 301 remaining minis. Bad news, I already have an order with more coming and some scenery to do.
