Took a second pass at the profiles, now that I am a bit less hyped:

Jammer - Yep, still good. Not fantastic to jam in the DZ of the oponent as it is a bit expensive to be discardable, but still a solid midfield control and rambo stopping piece.

Shotty + E/marat. I like this even more. It is a discardable assault piece that if you have a clear approach can sacrifice himself to trade for shoty / marat hits on cheerleaders. Usefulness depends on what you are playing against, but a preemptive suicidal shotgun or isolated on a few units can turn the tide of a game.

Red Fury: Solid attack piece. Like I mentioned before, it completely outshines the spitfire prowler for me. Yes, camo and infiltration are bonuses for the prowerl, but it is much more expensive and cost a ridiculous amount of swc.

KHD - Still not sold. Not sure what access we will have to midfield KHDs in tunguska, but I feel it is useless on vanilla. Zero simply does exactly the same, cheaper and infiltrating instead of fd1. Depends completely on what the mines do.

Well, to be fair. There are no Zeroes on Tunguska.

We still dont know what is in tunguska and what isnt. There might be zeroes, there might be a camoed KHD or there might be nothing. Like I said, In vanilla it is useless until we know what the mine does. Hard to discuss in tunguska when we do not know what kind of competition it faces.

We do know there is an Interventor KHD and we know there are 2 Spektr Specialists. Even in TJC, a lot is riding on how useful the mines are. Honestly though, this is first world Infinity problems. We are discussing a unit with three definitely solid profiles and one that still might be very good, or might just be OK. It's a good time to be a Nomad.

It was a jest. Just like how "There are no wolves on Fenris."

Though I'm going to put myself out there and say that since Zeroes have a Bakunin looking symbol (are known to be in Bakunin's service) they are most likely not going to be in the service of Tunguska.

If there are any other skirmishers from outside Tunguska there, it's probably gonna be Bandits or Moran Massais! ;)

And likely even Al Hawwa before Zeros!

I hope there is no overlap, just because the Jurisdictional Commands are distinct and geographically separate, feels like they should have as many distinct troops as possible.

Except for Clockmakers and Daktari, but they're just part of the ship life support system.

They are, though I kind of wish that Bakunin had a distinct line Doc and Corregidor a distinct line Engineer? Just because it's more cultural depth is all

They should improve Corregidor features but only give it to Tunguska. Like allow an Intruder Haris to link with Jaguars but only there for no reason.

Maybe my sarcasm detector is mis-calibrated but why would Tunguska get a Corregidor link?

Just give everyone better Corregidor links!

Joking aside they could have gotten Alguacilles but obviously they went with making Securitate cheaper instead.

They could just delete Clockmakers and Daktaris from CJC, between Tom- and Wildcats, most people probably won't care anyways. ;)

I've explained why they don't overlap before but I haven't managed to put it on the tactics wiki yet. But I use Daks in 95% of my lists so it would be pretty noticeable for me. They start a lot closer to my Intruder than a Tomcat does.

I would totally notice, I use Daks and Clockmakers all the time in Corregidor!

Yup Dactari is King. Cheap, capable of starting prone just far away from roof placed killer to be able to heal if necessary but not get caught by a blast. Also ZondBots is a must, for ARO and to provide wide net of eventual healing for Mc Murrough or other stuff. Dactari is auto include for me.

Ok, I jumped the gun with the Daktaris, but Clockmakers wouldn't be missed (in my defense I rarely use Doctors myself).

Also you could still deploy a Tomcat on the table maybe if it had a Marksmen Rifle or something cheap with range to make up for the loss.

This highly depends on both the list and strategy you use. For example - you make Corregidor heavy REM list with EVO. You want an Engineer at the back, best possible WIP to repair all REM that wen;t down when AROing. Then you push forward with Tsyklons and stuff, close to the edge - you want Tomcat to come in and repair any REM which stumbled.

So basically YES Tomcat is much better than Cloclkmaker in most situations - BUT (because there is BUT apparently), Clockmaker is WIP 15, 4 points cheaper - and 4 points is a lot. That is almost a Morlock in Vanilla, that is half an order in Corregidor, that is a WarCor or a Zondbot or an upgrade from Hellcat Spitfire to Hellcat E/Mauler HMG. In my case this usually means small upgrades and adjustments across entire list (Morans, Bandits, etc.) and is huge.

Clockmaker is what you want for TR bots.
