Well... I had this big tournament last saturday. 3 tohaa out of 32 players. 3rd, 5th and 22nd (yes, I was the 22nd , but I had a lot of fun, and that's what I was looking for). The new profile for Aelis rocks. We were playing Show of force on the third round and I was expecting (better said, wishing) to play against someone who put a camo hacker infiltrated near the antena. And that happened. I played against Qapu Khalqi, and when I saw a camo marker near the antena and behind a wall, Heaven's gates opened in front of my eyes. A couple or three eclipse grenades and Aelis was there. I used sensor, the al hawwa was revealed and the she burned his brains. Perfect play. On the first round also I had played against JSA, and she discovered Shinobu Kitsune waiting to go against my gorgos. She didn't survive to try it. Also, on that game I managed to revive her and the taqeul with regeneration. I won those rounds. 6-2 against JSA and 2-0 against QK because with his last order my opponent moved the iguana, it was hit by a sakiel's rocket, started to burn, the operator ejected and fell just in contact with the antena, so neither the gorgos who was there since the second round nor he were controlling the antena... The other two rounds were against Ariadna and Merovingia. I hate playing against any Ariadnan army (really, really, really I hate it). 7-4 and 10-0 (I totally gave up on the last one). There was no Aelis on the list I used for those rounds, so the camos made the game tricky... In conclusion: Aelis Keesan rules.
Now I think you can't, but at the moment I didn't realize that. Although, it wasn't actually his last order, but the second-to-last, so in that case he always could have use his last order to move that last millimeter. The gorgos could have shot him, but having the operator 2 wounds and with only one shot...
i played yesterday with aelis and tried the cybermask + nimbus plus + triangulated fire, it sucked xD that trick will rarely be worth it
We've been discussing about this and yes, you can. The Combat Jump rule doesn't forbid you to deploy in contact with an scenery element. It says the area where you put the template must be free of scenery elements, but nothing about its borders to be in contact with. So yes, you can.
Well, the first box in the AD section says this: "Troopers using Airborne Deployment cannot deploy Prone or in base to base contact with another model, Marker, mission objective or piece of scenery."
Ok question its said that you don't get burst bonus with triangulated fire but why? Where is that written?
Triangulated Fire ignores all Mods except for the -3 BS for Triangulated Fire. This includes Mods to Burst such as those provided by fireteams, and saturation zones. At least as I understand it in the English Rules set.
Definition of MODs is here: http://infinitythewiki.com/en/Modifiers No mention of Burst. But, the description of Fireteam bonuses says: "in the Reactive Turn, this +1 Burst bonus is not stackable with other bonuses or Burst MODs provided by other rules, Special Skills, Equipment, or Hacking Programs, except for those who specifically state otherwise." So there are Burst MODs in the game, but does the Fireteam bonus count as one of them? I don't think so. In the rules, where a change in the Burst value of a weapon is considered a MOD, it's referred to as such. See, e.g., http://infinitythewiki.com/en/Saturation_Zone. In the Fireteam language granting the +1 Burst, the term MOD is absent and the term "bonus" is used; and where MOD is mentioned subsequently it is with reference to "Burst MODs provided by other rules." One such rule is Full Auto, which "is not stackable with other bonuses or Burst MODs." See that? Bonuses and Burst MODs are referred to separately. They're evidently different things. The same language (bonus or Burst MODs), as it happens, also appears in the Fireteam bonus language quoted above. Based on the above, I'd say your 3-man Fireteam Burst bonus applies even when using Triangulated Fire, which only ignores MODs. I may be missing something though, feel free to correct me. EDIT: All very interesting, but moot, as I realized this language from the Fireteam rules also applies: The +1 B bonus is not applicable when the attack is an Entire Order Skill (Intuitive Attack, Speculative Fire...) Triangulated Fire is an Entire Order Skill.

Ninja'd! Yeah, just thought of that myself. Regardless, it was an interesting exercise to work through since it made some things clear to me that weren't even on my radar before. :-)
Thanks so looked at the wrong rules ;) that also means that its ineffective to throw a eclipse speculativ mhmm
And not just Eclipse, obviously. Spec.fire likes that 5 man link bonus, but other things don't do much for that skill.
Question regarding Speculative Fire... Does throwing hand grenades get the +3 bonus for a 5-man Fireteam despite using PH instead of BS?
