I simply cant see a tag or profile for one that fits HB...TAG's are main battle weapons. This simply doesn't fit HB no matter what it is equipped with or built like.
Instead of imagining a sneaks HB style TAG, I like the idea of a stolen PanO or Yu Jing TAG. Maybe one of the PanO ones without Remote Presence. A wounded Seraph without the Auxbot or Superjump, for instance, could be fun.
Instead of being concerned about performing in ITS TAG-centric missions, be concerned about TAG-centric missions in ITS.
Instead of being concerned by sales of existing big models, release every profile of HI that is larger and more expensive than TAGs :P
There's actually really few tactical gaps in the Bahram in terms of battlefield roles for a light covert operations/assault force. Like maaaaybe an anti-armour unit? But they have Govads for seek-and-destroy already.
How about an AD HI? S5 Hassassin Balhūt. Give him LGL with E/M grenades and a Jammer and watch people foam from their mouths. I've been in the sun for too long, I think it's affecting me.
An E/M LGL in Haqqislam would be cool. I always think it's worth remembering that E/M weapons destroy cubes. So Haqqislam is very fond of them, because they make assassination just a case of putting a bullet in them after that. But I, er, doubt that the Bahram is necessarily going to be the first Sectoral to get AD HI, never mind S 5 ones
Damn, i would problably lose all my friends if i use something like this... ... thinking again, i have Tohaa "Friends" who use 2 Kaeltar... yeah, they deserve it...
Well, Fraacta is basically that, without appropriate ARM ofc, but also without associated downsides. Margot is technically that. But as it is with Ariadna, she has no stats to back that up. And Duroc is S5 :P Okay, those were random musings. But really though, I think big and heavy stuff is not HB style. If you want something crazy and stompy for Haqq, you should probably look forward to whatever CB is going to supplement RTF with.
If you want fun go and play 40K, pleb This is Infinity. It's not about fun. It's about feeling superior to other wargamers.
Forgive my ignorance of the fluff, but can a force being deployed to counter and engage forces that often have TAGs of their own while utilizing weapons like Heavy Rocket Launchers, Grenade Launchers, Missile Launchers, HMGs and Spitfires be really called a stealthy group? If we were talking about a pair of Hassassin Fidays or Farzans, I could understand, but just looking at the kind of units that the Hassassin Bahram is deploying against their enemies and the kind of things they are facing off against as far a the miniature game goes doesn't exactly scream "cloak and daggers" to me. Correct me if I'm wrong but I also feel as though Hassassins are the type who enjoy highly conspicuous killings of the message sending variety, albeit after some surgical insertion on occasion. Though likely difficult to insert in the more covert operations, I can't imagine that the Bahram would have any reservations about fielding a TAG that has been custom designed to suit their needs.
Since all Hassassins follow a different approach to "sending the message" and "goind for the kill" (Fiday-close and personal, Ragik-death from above, Lasiq-death from afar, Muyib-death through explosion) I would like to see some simple death through superior Firepower/Bulletstorm (everyone remembers how Kim Jong Un executed his uncle with a flak cannon? Something like that). So what I´m saying is... give me access to a Azra´il / Al Fasid like HI with slightly better stats and maybe a nice gimmick on top like mimetism oder x-visor or something and a plain HMG/HRMC Yeah I know, those are not TAGs, but they could just allow us to use the Maghariba Guard to fill the same role.
I envision a HB tag being something meant to let the hassassins break into strongholds and the like. It would come with anti-materiel weaponry and capability to guard the exit with suppressive fire.
