I wonder who's gonna be duo partner for Namurr. Ava 1, speed 6-2, basically a moderatly tough specialist but with no visible purpose... Both Tarik and Maggie could use duo with specialist tho.

I like the idea of the Mukhtar link team more or less having to band together with itself (other than our wildcards, obviously). It’ll incentivize me to actually play all of the profiles because they all look useful in some way. And hey, if I wanna spend 18 more points for Tarik to head the team, that’s fun too

Namurr are AVA 2 in Ramah. Khawarij and Mukhtars Docs would be a good fit for the team.

Kamau got a profile rework and when VIRD finally launched they all got shock immunity for free. So some changes might happen, just don't count on it.

Mukhtar and Khawarij seem to be fighting for the same role and as it stands, Mukhtar seem like a more attractive option. The one advantage Khawarij have over them is being able to form a Core fire team.

Can someone explain to me how dual nanopulsars would work? Is it just that it'll be +1B or can I pick 2 different targets for teh templates as well?

Both. You can place 2 templates and can target different models.

Super Jump can still be a big plus, if the table is okay. It helps to save alot of orders by going over a building instead of around. And you can jump behind a suppressing unit who thought it would be good with its facing. It all comes down to the table and thats the biggest problem with that skill imho.

Guess we should build two lists, one with Khawarijs and the other with whatever, and choose between them depending on the table?

That's an interesting thought. Can't think of too many other sectorials who's main playstyle will change so radically between lists. RTF is gonna be an interesting one at events that's for sure.

Khawarijs: "Hey everyone! We're here to do some awesome RTF supersoldiering! Who wants to hit the front lines and mix it up with some BS 13 fireteam action?"

    Mukhtar: "Hold my beer"

Yeah, thats how it could work. But my gripe with that is, that you shouldnt have have to make lists for tables. Every table should make every unit viable and I really hope, that CB is going to include table building into the rules in the future.

One thing that just came to my mind about Ramah in general...how awesome would inspiring Leadership be? That free Coordinated Order every turn would be very welcome with all those fast moving stuff that want to get forward.

I am also curious how the ARO game will be...because with vanilla and Bahram it was easy...just take Daylami and a MSV 2 Sniper or a Feuerbach and you have strong AROs. The Ghazi took over the Deployment Zone. But without those, well have to look for other means to do that stuff.

Also I am glad, that Ghulam are Ava Total. Limited Ava in Bahram was such a pain.

Well, we got plenty of DZ protection with all the nanopulsers, Minelayer Fasid and Naffatuns.
Other than that: Ghulam, AVA 2 Shibab and AVA 3 Flash Rems

Mukhtars and Khawairj are similiar profiles but I feel Mukhtar a bit more jack of all trades haris while Khawarij do one thing. Kill. I could see a tournament having two lists a haris of each in both.

Yeah, but they are not that disposeable and you lose a regular order with every one of them. I guess Fanous and Ghillim with a Naffatun here and there will have to do the job.

^This is what the Mukhtar are competing for.
Yup. But the Core seems way too expensive to ever be competitively viable. Mixed Ghulam seems like a much stronger option.
You should build 2 lists that are tailored to the missions, rather than an unknown, uncontrollable variable. I love super-jump and have been a huge advocate of Khawarij. I'll try to make it competitive here, but I don't think this is the way to go about it.
I have a feeling you'll need to rely on Jans and ghulam for decent AROs, similar to QK.

So let me raise the question of Saladin again: Why not in RTF? There's no other sectorial he makes sense in. And its not like a 'super character' can't belong to a sectorial (MO: Joan, ISS: Sun Tsu). Just a very noticeable omission to me.

Other sectorial he makes sense in: O-12.

I think Saladin will see play in O-12 if that ever becomes a thing. I honestly don't use him much anymore, and will be using him even less with the new Tohaa Impersonator. He could use some love for sure.
