I don't know how the rest of the sphere does it, but PanO hackers are just remote interfaces. The real hackers are back at home. The 'hackers' in the field are just pushing the button labeled 'Tech Support'. Either that or they are running the automated hacking diagnostic program. "Did the troubleshooter immobilize the TAG? [Yes] [No]"
