She has an E/M2 DTW, so she can still isolate them. Also point at a 1w ODD model that isn't screwed by chain rifles. If my opponent is willing to waste orders to spec fire grenades at her I am more than happy for them to do so. She can also blackout the repeater on the REM as it approaches so she can't get hacked.
In this case, Oblivion's Isolation also disables the Repeater and has slightly better odds to happen than Blackout. The odds are good the Rui Shi Resets or bounces the attack in both cases, they are annoyingly difficult to hack.
