I have used the Govad Haris as a hunter/killer team on plenty of occasions. I feel the Haris options for HB are far more in line with each other, and each one could equally be picked based on personal preference. The biggest differences are when you get to the full core teams. Govads a great Haris for large open boards with long fire lanes. I normally make two lists for ITS, one fore open boards, one for normal, rather than missions specific. I have been hurt far more by board layout than mission.
Problem being, Govad haris shoots mimetic targers only slightly better than Ghulam core against same targets... Which, I feel not very satisfying against something that can shoot back in reactive turn. Granted, that's the most you can get in HB (short of Govad core) so there's that.
My Ayyar pretended to be a Govad Killer Hacker over the weekend. My opponent walked a Garuda onto the board thinking he was out of Shotgun range and I revealed the Shock Marksman Rifle and put him down with the ARO. Good job Govad! The Missile/Haris/LT group did quite well finishing off the last few Dakini's though so thats something.
