I gotta say I'll be pissed if they hold the big release for Interplanetary rather than Gencon, especially as they're very close together. Not to mention the potential sales they'd miss out on by not having their biggest release of the year at the biggest gaming event of the year.
actually its experience im going on, at the start the preorder for the august releases happened four weeks before gencon. 2? years ago they shifted it to be 4 weeks before interplanetary (which is where we have the two weeks before and after gencon now). :) either way, should be kicking off soon!!!

So for those of us not turned on by filthy Ateks, speculation on when the other half of the box will be unveiled?
The only one that sounds right to me is Vedic. They haven't been in a 2 player box, they are soft-confirmed by Carlos in the update video to be released this year, it's a cool dichotomy between pinnacle of High Tech vs Low Tech, Kazaks will have lots of camouflage and mimetism, Vedic has visors, Vedic has REM's that are bad at dodging, Kazaks will most likely have flame templates. Vedic will most likely have a hacker, and if the two player boxes keep precedent from Red Veil will include a big nasty S5 or S6 something that's hackable. I'm hoping for a S6 "Redjack" TAG for Ariadna but if it's anything like that I'm sure it'll be another S5 HI which will be kinda sad as I'd like Ariadna to have a native TAG if not only for the sake of it, I know TAG's have significant disadvantages over HI. I'm betting all my chips on Vedic vs. Kazak, too many pieces lock together in my mind.
In addition, the only other Sectorial we're expecting this year is Varuna, who are unlikely to be in a 2 player starter as PanO are already in Operation: Icestorm.
