NCA is possibly the single most straightforward faction in infinity. No fancy deployment tricks, no weird fireteams, no shenanigans. Supremacy through overwhelmingly superior firepower. The starter and beyond box also are really good purchases if you choose to go that route
I'd tend to agree. NCA is a great place to start no matter what, and you'll learn very good play habits from starting there. SAA isn't bad for a starting force, but if you want to play PanOceania primarily I'd argue it's a poor starting point as it resembles the base PanO play style the least and playing other PanOceanian forces after playing SAA often feels like playing Infinity with your hands handcuffed behind your back.
