Can you express what it is which makes you think so?
4 initiative is pretty bad for melee champs. Purely because then most characters can go first and kill you or escape your threat range.
It really hurts Shona (but I'd argue that's necessary for balance reasons) and she isn't even truly melee.
That's ignoring the fact Hippo can buff her allies, as well as debuffing Musashi.
Initiative is less important since now you can make moose ini 4.

But why do you think that this is more significant, or effective, than Immobilising Mushashi, or teleporting him across the Hexadome?
If I follow this conversion right, because normally Musashi would next round just activate before anyone who would be able to immobilize him. The important point is that he will activate before most other Aristos and just straight up murder them
It isn't. Those are both still much harder counters to him. It's just a new additional credible tactic to use against him, rather than necessarily being the best.

Is still Tectonic shake banned?
It's not banned, it's just restricted from use in some scenarios.
And, to be fair, Gaia STILL has two excellent (and one solid) Tactics options.

And maybe we will see some changes with AGL S3 ?
The banned list might change, but I would expect that they will continue to be listed clearly in the Scenarios as they are now.
