Your TO should homerule it, we have capped the BTS at 9 at last big tourney with specops (still rough and dumb but you can power through with HMG)
It has actually been fixed now that you can take either the BTS or the Bioimmue, not both. So I'd say fixed for now, thanks God. Back on #IMPGATE You can still realistically counter deploy one Moran, but if the fella spends a command token to reserve two of them you're only kind of pinning one down. Still a speed bump I know but it's another thing to take into consideration. I usually take the combi Moran, as he has the D-Charge, but now considering the shotty version.
