Forum down : why so often?

I think the monkey went to interplanetario and forgot to get someone to cover for them.

 

And we are approaching August, where every year, the web permissions expire and we are a few days with the forum down.

The monke was probably on vacation, so if the forum is down or the OTM fail during the Interplanetario, is not his problem
