i played a campaign with +1AVA, i used double warcor often. It is not twice as great as a single warcor. But has some uses. 1 problem is : using warcor irregular order to convert a command token into a regular order. you can do it once per turn for 3 turn. With double warcor you run out of command token. 1 benefit is : when standing there for annoying flash aro, you can stand at 2 places. Or you can put both at the almost same spot and they can both shoot on the same enemy (sometime) forcing to split his burst, or having a B2 to the enemy B1 impetuous smoke dodge.
