I once completed the final X Com (Enemy Unknown) mission with an all female squad and was pleasantly surprised to have acquired a “Flight of the Valkyries” achievement award. I figured there should be one for Defiance as well so I added Carin, Qiann, and Raihna to the roster. I worked up the Player boards for the characters in Adobe InDesign. For those who don’t use Adobe however, Wizzy’s templates look like a nice free alternative for making your own boards. Here's a shot of my Valkyrie team. Qiann’s ammo belt and pack were donated by a Nomad Iguana Pilot (he wasn’t using it ). Cheers!
