I have no particular reason to think that the company actually thinks it works one way or another besides what's in Army (and the Wiki, but Army is more direct). CB should do their due diligence if they expect the rules to be played a certain way. Like, say, updating their online Army Builder. And perhaps rules like Total Immunity and all the Shas stuff that are nonsensical. Don't want to start acting like "We want to sell minis, not make a good game" GW.
