    Hello together,

wanted to start Shasvastii for a while, but tried my luck with CA first.
The recent profile changes got me into dipping my toes into the gooey pool of Shasvastii though.

My first list is a attempt for a "push buttons" list.
I tried it out already and it performs quite good in the active turn.

Only the Cadmus underperformed a little, but that was surely due to my personal play style.

My main problem is the reactive turn. I have almost no ARO pieces and a well placed Infiltrator can screw up almost everything.

Do you may have any recommendations for me?

    Thank you very much

    Hi!
    Hard with lists in infinity...

This is one I've put together, but it's not tested.

I prefer LI lists but that's my preference. I'm unsure about Sheskiin in button pressing lists, but I kept her as you had her in your list :-).

    Deployment
Place haiduk and noctifer so that an opponent trying to take out the haiduk gets a nasty surprise. Also try to get the dazer deployed so it covers the areas you want haiduk and noctifer to ARO through, weakening the attacker when trying to remove strong ARO pieces.

If you also can use the dazer to cover the approach avenue to one objective you might be able to steal a couple of the opponents orders just from preventing move-move.

    Active
Use malignos to take objectives, place dazers and/or mines to make it hard for opponent to reach "buttons". Dazers are also gold vs ARO firearms! If possible, remove any opponents hackers that may be a threat to the assault hacker.

The shrouded assault hacker can take objectives and really be a nuance for opponent TAG/HI by ARO out of LOS.

The shrouded with dazer is a perfect nuisance for the opponent. Prevent and hinder enemy advance, kill if you get a chance!

Speculo does what speculo does. Killing LT is great, specialists or threats are also great. Mines just outside of opponents deployment zone can be wonderful, especially if the opponent is going first and has deployed a bit too aggressive. Probably your reserve model.

The caliban CoC should be kept hidden/safe until you know if you need the CoC or not. But if you have a good possibility, go eat someone! Late game objective taker.

Sheskiin is your main bruiser. If you manage to eat an opponent or two, she's really resilient. The threat of her will force the opponent to either try to kill her or to set up protection against her. Can be used as a diversion so that the defence against the speculo is weakened. Don't spend too many orders on her, she can't press buttons. Remember your objectives. And if the opponent spends a lot of resources killing her, whatever, you have CoC and are hopefully in lead on the objectives.

The haiduk is mainly an ARO piece, but if you can get smoke from the speculo then killing of some ARO pieces yourself can be fun.

Noctifer has a missile launcher, but don't forget markers have 360 LOS and it carries an assault pistol. Good protection! Terror for opponents, especially if he uses fire teams for his heavy lifting.

Ikadron protects what needs to be protected. It also generates an order...

Cadmus killer hacker... Only WIP 12, but 1 order will probably get you where you need to be, so you can spend a few orders on pushing the buttons and still come out on top. Can also be used to kill a vulnerable LT. Make sure you understand the relation between AD and decoy. If you're going for a central objective you will NEVER miss.
I feel Morpho-scan is a bit of a trap. I will probably not use it unless it's something with BS 14+ or I don't have anything important to do with my second action. You don't need to AD first turn, it can be a good idea to wait until your opponent has started to spread himself out.

Well, good luck! This is some of my thoughts on button pushing with Shas :-)

    Hello Coleslaw,

thank you very much for the feedback.
I am not to good with LI but your List looks nice.
I guess I will especially take the shrouded and Malignos as well. I completely overlooked the dazer and its capabilities.
But I guess I'll try to steer towards at least one haris link and away from the core I have currently.
Don't know if I want to keep the cadmus though and maybe include a few seed soldiers for ARO duties in seed state.
