The Metros already have a Paramedic. If is for join in only one fireteam I think the Loups Garous will be the best option. They don't have specialist profile and the miniatures are awesome for deploy them together in a fireteam.

And at least give him an AP rifle. 41 points is way too damn high for a basic Rifle, CoC or no CoC. For the cost he should get a T2 rifle honestly. He's a worse Vet Kazak who can't link and isn't shock immune.
Pavel is a Kazak through and through. His family moved from Caledonia to Rodina. It makes mention that his mother was a Kazak Scout [he uses her Ojotnik] and his Grandfather a 45th highlander. [Carries around his machette] You also don't become a member of the most Elite branch of the Spetsnaz and then go and fight for another government on your days off. Carmen is a USAriadnan fugitive who fled to the other side of the planet to avoid the law. Though it also mentions she works for Haqqislamite forces from time to time too. So i'm more expecting her to make an appearance there next. Shock Immunity is the thing I want most for the Unknown Ranger. Especially considering both grunts and minutemen both have it. Wildcard would be pretty nice too. Nice as a better base weapon would be. the idea is that he is suppose to be scavenging one off of an enemy. [though that is usually a tall order to ask of him. Scavenger really should trigger as well when you down or kill someone in CC] I'm really gonna keep fingers crossed that we'll see a few tweaks here and there when the support box comes out.
Let's be honest, Unknown Ranger absolutely 100% can be given a better weapon. The "Rifle" sculpt was a GenCon exclusive--and it's just slung on his back.
A better weapon could be an additional profile, maybe T2 Rifle with the cost of the Rifle profile while giving a Rifle profile a few points discount. This would keep the option to make the most out of his Scavanger skill if wanted. What I am missing on him is an almost absurd ARM value (5+), this guy is carrying around freakin shield! and has 1 ARM over a Grunt? Come on. Although Shock immunity would be nice I can live without it, every unit should have a weakness. A higher ARM would make it also more likely to survive an unlucky shock bullet to the forehead.
I actually think once they make the rounds to giving USARF a coat of spit shine, Unknown ranger would be a wonderful candidate for NCO or tactical awareness to show it's head in the sectoral.
So...any idea as to when they'll update the Profiles to fit the 112 Emergency (and other new stuff) into armies? I know you can pull it from the ITS Army program, but sometimes I just like to see my options all laid out in front of me.
You mean into a PDF? I wouldn't hold your breath tbh, they don't even print profiles in the books any more. Maaaaybe if the do a new units PDF when Daddy's Fall comes out.
