Mercs are known to heavily favor PanOceanian equipment, especially weapons, as they have a reputation for excellent reliability and quality. The closest competition to PanO is YJ, so this is why if you pay attention to all the Mercs weapons, they will most likely be of either PanO or YJ origin. :)

No, the leader of StarCo is Captain Cardoso (well, the Mexican General chooses her for the post, so, maybe he can be considered as the real StarCo leader). Spector, is "just" a mercenary working with StarCo. An ex PanO special operator that went private for money. After some troubles, he is owned by an infamous Silk tycoon as a pleasure toy
Glue the bottom of the wing to the lower protrusion of the backpack and it won't need a pin, it has worked well on my, uh, 6 new style PanO jump troopers.
I was looking for a way to describe how disturbing I find him and that's the best description. (plus the wings of the pano jetpack looks weird on a mini so lacking in other details) I think I will build him witthout the wings
So many things went wrong with him. The pyjamas outfit with huge jetpack wings also the hood is too big. The weird pose and the angle he is looking at. He's just bizarre.
