Today I printed out a list and was surprised to see the normal EI hacking device got access to Claw 2 programs. I was surprised because I thought only HD+ and AHD got these programs. After reading the rules I found that the only upgrade EI HDs get is Sucker Punch, and that this is a bug. It seems the list prints out correctly when you only have an EI HD. However, the bug occurs as soon as you have both an EI HD and any other unit that has Claw 2 programs (EI AHD, HD+, etc.)
