    Hey folks

I have a decent PanO Force and vanilla haqq although I guess my haqq forces may end up having a Ramah edge when it's finally released. With some of the Uprising lists being unveilied, I realised between PanO and Haqq, I could get into Ikari without too much fuss. And if I purchased a Druze fireteam(+my HSN3 bonus mini), that'd further open up Ikari as well as making DBS and Qapu Khali accessible as well. However given I don't own dronbots, I don't really benefit from the mixed fire-teams in the new sectorials too much. So really, it comes down to whether Druze are a worth while purchase for me just by themselves ignoring the supplementary benefits of the merc factions. I'm aware of the flexible new proxy rules but I wanted to keep proxying limited as much as possible. Proxying different weapon loadouts sure but I don't want Ghulam acting like Druze if that makes sense. Although I probably proxi a unit as something else in all my lists anyway...

I know in Vanilla Haqq, perhaps there's better alternatives to Druze or at most, having Druze in a duo. But in QK, is a core fireteam of druze a pretty solid offering? By only purchasing the Druze box and adding the various bits and pieces I already have, I think I could make this SEEMINGLY effective list (I don't have Hawwa's but will proxy those)

Basically this is my collection so far. I kind of want to maximise my utility with one purchase if that makes sense.

They seem fine to me, high damage, good at many ranges, able to deal with all kinds of threats.

I would include both the panzerfaust and shock marksman rifle profiles in favour of the barebones ones, or perhaps two panzerfaust profiles. It's great to have a weapon for every job in a fireteam.

Would you treat them more as a mostly stationary firebase and have more active pieces for doing work or you think they're the ones I'd be moving up the table in QK?

I prefer the Kaplan profiles (mimetic engineer with ADL... lovely hunting party fireteam ^^), but the druze are not bad... and it can give you a hacking game presence, thanks to the high WP Haqquislam have, if you use the Pitcher Druze profiles.

I too prefer Kaplans, but the Druze have an advantage in dealing with camo due to the LGL.

I don't see why they couldn't advance up the table, they can cover for themselves with Nimbus grenades too.

Although the last city I lived in had a lot of pain from REMs and TAGS, those don't seem to be as common here. I was thinking that the Druze will be quite efficient at wiping out infantry between the X-visors and the weapons. But I don't know if it's a bug in army builder or what but it seems QK Druze aren't the same as DBS Druze. No fatality it seems? Could be a bug with the mobile app. They don't list the shock marksman rifle either. At least the viral pistols are still in play for taking out HI that get too close.

I think I will end up picking them up. They seem like a better than 'good enough' choice which again, opens up several armies to me which is a big boon. Thanks all.

The browser version of IA has the correct Druze profile for QK.

Regarding Camo-hunting: The Druze became less efficient, as their LGL is now a EM/Nimbus Launcher.
However this is still a valid way to deal with Camo-opponents, it just does not kill them right away.

It's not a bug, the profiles are different for a reason

But they still have to have SMR profile and Fatality.

Not in mobile IA, which still has the old Druze.

@Shinobi yes mobile Army is not up to date on the profiles.

more on topic: I enjoy the new druze a lot in my QK ...have not used a full core link in some time now, but it can definitly be fun.
and the new sculpts are really cool - I especially like the "proxy"-guy with the chain colt.
(even use my Druze to proxy KTS from time to time, since I like the profiles but the old sculpts don't do it for me anymore)

@Shoitaan definitely would pick them up if I were you (already thought about getting a second box for conversions myself)

I just checked mobile IA and it appears the only difference is the QK are lacking the Lt, Paramedic, Haris and Multi Sniper profiles. The profiles that are shared appear to be the same. Which makes sense if they're withholding some profiles from QK to be exclusive to Bayram.

Ah, I only use the mobile site, since they don't seem to be bothered making an iOS app.

Pretty sure there is unofficial iOS app which even has a few functions an official Android one doesn't.
Can't find a proper link to the thread though.

Hope @toadchild doesn't mind me tagging him in, I'm pretty sure he can help with that.

ToadChild develops Mayanet which is awesome (and even includes an offline version of the wiki!) but is iPad only.

I'm not aware of any iPhone apps, but I don't look for them either.

Druze are great I mostly prefer Sekban by models. Lots of great profiles but I also love to get more DTW in.
