    You'd need a very light VTOL model, and a very heavy base. Preferably on a not-too-long piliar. A better modeller than me could even make the pillar to look like a rappeling rope.
    I feel tempted, actually. to build a Topo Solitario's UOT-7 Chicharra, or maybe even a UD12 Chickenhawk, and put it on a 40mm base (I guess some fishing weights could be used to weight it down). Of course, I mean the papercraft ones, I see no way for the 3d-printed versions to be light enough (plus, I don't have access to a 3d printer :P). Chicharra should be big enough to handle 4-6-man strong Reinforcements group, after all :P
