I like the Garuda. Its an great AD unit that makes for a wonderful surprise flanker. Which is very nice to have a in faction that lacks mid field presence.
The thing about the Hexas KHD and the Deva AHD is that there's little reason why you can't (or shouldn't) use both.
Solid call, I think. Especially with how the Peacekeeper would have to be carefully deployed if going second. Even with Overclock. Maybe, but I'm not sure if I could reasonably fit both into this list specifically.
