It's not a big problem and it's also not something that can't be fixed post-release. The question is what you think knowing who dun diddit would accomplish? It's a rhetorical question since the only thing people outside the company can do with that knowledge is harass that person and that's not okay any day of the week, particularly not when the solution is to have a better editorial process which is not accomplished by having people go on sick leave for burn-out.
