I have seen Shinobu lose to an Electric Pulse. Statisctically possible means some poor fuck has rolled those snake eyes by now, considering Infinity has been around for a bit. Would argue against that having meaningful impact vs a Mono carrier considering the 4x price hike. But I also think Saito Togan is a better choice than an Oniwaban. And the Orc is definitely going to be happier against that guy. And I have seen 2 Galwegians gang up on and lose a CC to Saito, which is like an 0.2% or something along those lines.
