Dear Corvus Belly can you please stop using DHL they are retarded as fuck at least in the USA they can't make a delivery on time even if their life depends on it than when the package arrives it is like they used flintstonelike service with the box being all crushed what was spouse to be 2 day shipping is taking them over 9 days even strapping a package on a normal pigeon would be faster than that. I love your games and miniatures and don't mind paying the shipping costs for some of your webstore exclusive items, but dealing with the DHL morons is something I'm not willing to do in the future. It was a pain in the ass last year it is the same this year, and it is not like I don't live in a major city, their service suck balls.
DHL are by far the best courier around where I live, it doesnt help that the local UPS franchise consists of three simpletons and a hamster that is clearly the brains of the operation. I think at some point you have to accept that all couriers are rubbish to some degree or another.
Most courier and mail services have far better and more accurate names hidden either in their acronym, or by making their name into one. I had to deal with DHL once and it was miserable. demanding I be home to sign, and then not being able to "find" my house only to reschedule for a different day. the driver went even so far as to list the problem as my fault for providing the wrong address instead of self realizing that he is a Neanderthal who cannot comprehend numbers and how they are listed on the fronts of houses. I would gladly take USPS over DHL any day, even if the local post office is run by a bunch of jerks.
Conversely... DHL managed to get my parcel from CB (vigo spain) to my door (midlands UK) in 18.5 hours... and then find a neighbour to take care of it since I wasn't home (i had left 30 min prior!) Can't fault them! (although I can fault the neighbour who went on holiday that day for two days with my coldfront locked in their house )
I'm glad that our friends in Europe have different experiences, I guess they are shitty as fuck only in the US.
DHL, for me, is the only courier whose moto seems to be "We will deliver it one day sooner than listed, even if it means that only 12 hours pass from collection to delivery"
They got my JSA box from Spain to the Western Caribbean in 4 days. I've had priority Air Mail from the UK take longer!
the only undamaged items I got were the dart cards and mini the rest looks like it was dropped more than a few times good thing CB makes metal minis if this was resin miniatures I would have had some extra "assembly" and greenstuffing to do. Same thing last year I should clear my schedule for the next GenCon and avoid dealing with DHL next year altogether. XD
