So I‘ve sold a bunch of useless Unidrons as punishment for their awful performance, and would like to invest those funds into new toys for my Company.

The next tournament I‘ll be attending will feature Deadly Dance (and Tic Tac Toe and ?), so I thought something to support Scarface and to deter hostile TAGs from interfering with our business would be prudent.
My first thought was a Druze link with their EM Grenade Launcher, Pitcher and Assault Hacker/KHD - but they seem to have a bad rep?

Wu Ming would be a great aggressive link that should do well in this mission, but they don’t have the EM grenades.

What would you take, or would you maybe bring something completely different?

    Thanks for your input!

Druze have a bad rep, but that's because they're ruthless arseholes! Anyone underestimating the X-Visor EM LGL in a mission which encourages TAGs is going to be sorry! The Tanko can also provide a deadly ARO with a Blitzen or Missile Launcher.

The biggest downside is their fragility, lose the leader and you're unable to reform the Fireteam, you can counter this to degree but that takes an EVO which eats into your already tight SWC budget. There's also the elephant in the room that if you're going to do Druze + Scarface then DBS arguably does it better.

I don't understand any bad rep about Druze! If there's a TAG on the table, the E/M LGL is fantastic. Also, 0 SWC Panzerfausts! With X-Visor and Fatality L1! Then of you do the Special Core take a Tanko with Blitzen. Then have a baggage bot to refill those Blitzens and Panzers! lol

Druze are amazing. If you’re playing Deadly Dance, you should absolutely be expecting hackers, jammers, and e/m, all of which the Druze doesn’t care about.

Like others have mentioned, Druze bring plenty of anti TAG gear, between their own hackers, missile launchers, e/m grenades, and panzerfaust, they have no problem wreaking with armor.

Just be sure to bring an engineer to keep Scarface in the fight, and let the Druze do most of the heavy lifting.

That's the nice thing about Scarface, he brings his own Engineer!

Haha, derp... one of those mornings. Too bad they can’t Duo in Ikari, but you can still give her helpers!

I tend to think that the Druze are best in a 5-man team. But it's not a bad idea to take a Haris guy if you need to re-form a link around him. Otherwise I always take EVO repeater with teampro running.

Heyyy, you’re right, I never thought about them that way, but of course, Vet L1 would be really helpful here, too! Cheers!
