You should calm down, I understand PanOceanian Healthcare is...adequate...but this cannot be good for your heart. Haqqislam had a non-aggression pact with PanOceania. This was until the declaration of hostilities against our long time ally, the Nomad Nation. The Nomad Nation was defending against ALEPH hostilities and intrusions. At this time they are striking back. You cannot mean to declare hostilities against an ally and expect no retribution. Surely your nation is mature enough to know of repercussions. At this time, to my knowledge, there are no orders provided to commanders to attack PanOceanian territory. This is a wrath held on an individual level.

Do know that we believe the Atek situation to be out of hand. How you can treat human beings on such an abhorrent level is...disturbing.

The earlier strike against Nomad territory was made entirely to shut down an exposed Arachne node. It was without malice, and to protect the Sphere as a whole as the Node was dangerously undermanned. Since that attack, the Nomads have reinforced the location up to the excellent standards they enforce on Paradiso, and our analysts now believe that the location is sufficiently guarded to withstand a full Combined Army assault. As such, we peacefully withdrew to Liberty Cargo.

You will note that PanOceania has made no concerted effort to capture Nomad-mandate territory before or after the crisis at the conclusion of Phase 1. We hold very little ill will over the situation as the Nomads were able to render our intervention unnecessary, and have respected our borders and guarded theirs. This new situation in the Gallery Maze is a different and unrelated conflict with serious ramifications for international security.

We urge you to consider encouraging commanders within the Sword of Allah attempting to perform vigilante actions to demonstrate restraint, and to aid in the relief of diplomatic tensions in the Gallery Maze by negotiating the withdrawal of Nomad forces or by convincing ALEPH to extend its legal mandate to Nomad occupying forces so they can receive the necessary support required to expose Shasvastii-designed facilities. Bourak has always remained a trustworthy, neutral arbitrator in matters of great importance. Please use your position to restore law and order, instead of fomenting the chaos our enemy thrives in.

Phase 1 showed different opinion about Haqqislam. Their assault on Xaraks without formal declaration under cover of "ivestigation" is enough argument of that option.

 

An unfortunate lapse, hopefully their intelligence was more comprehensive than their representatives could reveal publically or they may have presided over the largest True Massacre in modern times for suspicion alone. I sincerely hope that their new policies of military zeal will not undo the work of centuries of diplomats.
