Cryogenics doesn't have the No Quarter rule, but it also doesn't have the Ends on Retreat rule. Instead, it says "If a player starts their Turn with all Troopers in their Army List in a Null state, the mission will finish at the end of that Player Turn." RAW, this would mean that if you fall below 75 points you go into Retreat, and suffer all the penalties thereof, but the game doesn't end as a result and we still play out all three rounds as long as you have at least one model in a non-Null state. I'm wondering if this is intended.
This is in line with front line as well as quadrant control. Atleast as far as retreat but still ends at turn 3 is concerned. And those 2 scenarios have been like that for atleast 2 seasons now.
Huh. You're right. That's where my sense of deja vu was coming from. Frontline and Quadrant Control don't even have the "ends if you have 0 survivors" rule that Cryogenics has. Comlog erroneously lists Quadrant Control as having Ends of Retreat.
Hmm, I looked at season 12 for quadrant control. So maybe it changed briefly for end in retreat? Don't have pdf easily available to check last season.

Yeah Frontline has had this rule for a couple of seasons now. Good to see another mission with this similar rule, though the part about “all troopers in a null state” seems a little superfluous and should’ve been written the same as frontline
