These two situations have come up during a recent list discussion:

    - If you coordinate a mix of camo and To:Camo units, can they all re-camo into their respective state or does it have to be normal camo even for the To:Camo troops?

    - If you coordinate hackers with an EVO hacking device, do all programs have to target the same troop? What about hacking programs that don't specifically mention a target (Overclock, Cybermask etc.)?
Can you mix untargeted programs and targeted ones? Are there any restrictions at all regarding who can use which program on which target?

1- Since they are both technically different skills, you cannot coordinate Camo and TO:Camo.
2- As per Coordinated Orders, it would require to have the same target. For targetless Hacking Attacks, I would think it works as well without the designation of a target.

1 - EDIT: Found the FAQ, but it's not 100% clear:

Q: Can I use a Coordinated Order to have several troops revert to different marker states? For example, Troops with Camouflage, TO Camouflage, Impersonation or Holoprojector.
A: One of the requirements of the Coordinated Order is that all the participating troops must declare and execute exactly the same Skills, so they could not combine Skills like Camouflage or Holoprojector.

So shouldn't it be possible to have TO Camo units at least take part in a coordinated order by entering the normal camo state? They do have that one as well, after all.

This makes sense. So I could have two hackers target an enemy hacker and two others use targetless hacking programs within the same coordinated order?

    1) Becomes kind of irrelevant with C1/N4, but as they're not the exact same unnamed skill (they have different effects) I would err on the side of not allowing them to be Coordinated.

C1/N4 could change things, but for N3, they would have to be all into simple Camo State. TO:Camo contains the lesser skill so it can be done.

In N3 can be done but only reverting to Camo level. A result of a mix of TO and regular CAMO markers is not allowed.

Yes, with an EVO you can coordinate multiple targetless Hacking Programs these don't need to be the same program (EVO grants an exception).

It's been a while since I looked at this, but I know that Assisted Fire has a target, Overclock, White Noise and Cybermask do not. So you could validly declare all of those as part of the same Coord.
