That was my first guess after seeing the tiny guy hanging from the club.
I had two spare Icestorm Orcs so I thought I'd make a Black Friar and a Father Knight with missile launcher. I made the "cross" shaped visor for the father knight but kept the original eyes for the black friar as I felt it looked more menacing under the hood.
Also my Zondnautica, recently painted!
The Zond looks fantastic! Is that the arm off the promo bounty hunter for the handlebar?
The left arm is from a gecko with the hand rotated 90 degrees. I'm sure there's others like me who don't like their TAGs with little baby arms coming off the stomach so there's probably quite a few spare out there to use.
Sounds like a good use for anyone who has T.A.G. pilot arms. I know I'll use any of those I get for conversions such as yours.
Much better with the kukri. Very well done.
Fantastic job. Really impressive.
Tohaa Dali !
maybe a little TOO dynamic ...
@Sangarn Another great Tohaa conversion. Makes me want 2019 to be a good year for the Artichoke race. I'm getting ideas for conversions from seeing these.
Am I correct?
Arms: Gao Tarsos
Head: Maakrep Tracker
And Ko dali's hair
Maakrep helmet = MSV2
Gao tarsos=combi + pistol (2xassault)
Fractaa body= AD troop
it fit the ko dali profile well :p
I don't like the angel wings so let's just pretend she drop them after landing
also I've fixed the "landing position" so now she's more rushing forward
Did a game for Youtube yesterday and realised I needed an Overdron HRL So I managed to get hold of one for friday afternoon convert it and get it built and painted for Sunday morning.
Stood next to my previously shown Charontid HMG who also got a paintjob on Saturday!
I'd extend the hood of the black friar outward as it stands it kinda makes it look like it has a bob haircut. the others look great
any update on these? they looked awesome
Hi guys, I've updated my Druze post with my converted version of Armand Le Muet. But this is the Conversion thread so here it is as well:
The Tyranid and Imperium bits go together nicely. It creates a techno-organic feel that matches up with the look of Combined E.I. troops.
He's waiting to finish some of his projects before mailing it all over to me. I've got tons of over things on my plate at the moment, so it isn't a priority for me at all..
A cheap-shot Zuyong Breaker Pistolz.
@ObviousGray A perfect universal model for the unit. Job well done Gray. Where did you get the hand/gun bits form?
From Deadzone if I remember right. Enforcer bits.
Now I can see it. Thanks for answering my question.
