Conversion thread! what've you got going on?

Finished working on my Holy Maiden, I was happy with how the conversion turned out, less so with the paint job.

We can't all summon Saber's you know.

 

Charontid HMG all set. Now that I’ve done the conversion, expect a release shortly.

Is that Van Zant's head? And what arm did you use for the sword? It's a really good conversion of Le Muet too btw!

the body and the right arm of the Le Muet winner's pack.
the left arm with the katana of the shikami with two swords.
the asuka kisanagui motorcycle, this ... sorry, the kurosi rider that, as far as I know, at any time has been said to be asuka.

 

This looks so good! Thanks for sharing the details, as soem of the rest of us will definitely want to try that.

Also, I love the repose on the wings on your Fractaa in the background.

Since the release of DRuze Bayram Security I'm building my force and playing only with them :)
And I woudln't be myself if I hadn't convert or change anything, so... here's Vasquez with her personalized HMG - because if you have a tough girl with heavy gun, she has to be Vasquez ;)





I also had to make a tribute for Hudson - this guy below - who killed Achilles in Hoplite Armour in one beautiful ARO (two crits with Viral Pistols :D ). The battle was already lost, but he gave me the only Objective Point:


He isn't converted, to be honest, but I've changed the base - all my DRuZEs are going to be based on MicroArts urban fight bases with pavement, so there's a limited selection and I already have 3 of this base (it's normally the one with HMG, can be seen under KHD Druze, which I use as Valerya for now):




And here's a DRuZE which was supposed to be a Spitfire one, but now I'm thinking of promoting him for Arslan ;)




I'm really happy with DBS, because it let's me use many great models that was problematic in Haqq, like Major Lunah (working as Brawler MSR), limited ABH (which is waiting for conversion) or Colossus - as ABH with Red Fury:

Here's my Machinist conversion. A common conversion, I know, but I tried to give him some character with some greenstuff!

 

That is amazingly done. The bread must have been some piece of work.

Thx - but that are not my sculpting skills - the thank goes to a magic thing called: Oyumaru



Just give the stick in warm water for a minute. Ready to press it on the part you will mold. Wait a miniute and you are ready. You can reuse it when finished.
