I must say I was a bit amused when he said MO was fully capable of fielding an entirely HI army, but we shall see which IA units has NCO and what other types of shenanigans they've come up with to up the order count for low-body-count lists (and whether that means people will simply use those shenanigans to up the order count of normal-number-body-count lists)

For starters, in Aleph you only have Lt Lv2 inside Vedic, on Vanilla they are "normal". Giving Fireteam options eases a lot on the order counts too... heck, I was trying to make a list in Vedic and realized to my dismay that Dakini Core + Apsaras + Sophotect means no Haris because I will want to deploy Posthumans too... Damn you, CB, I wanted a linkable Sophotect in a Core!!!! >.<

Yup, it's pretty terrible :) I mean gimmick lists and gimmick missions can make magic happen, but I think in this day and age of ITS is when the gimmick can be competitive in Extremely Classified. Funny how your quote of me is missing the proper brackets but forums still sent me notifocation while other times forums don't send 'em inspite of proper mentions... oh well. Bostria doesn't like the use of cheaper models as cheerleaders, it seems, and I'm inclined to agree. However, I meant to say that an IA list made with these shenanigans is probably going to be more effective if the base is Zhanshi cheerleaders rather than low-body count HI simply because 10 fake orders on 8 HI isn't as good as 15 fake orders on 5 HI and 8 LI, particularly if the latter has a more complete set of specialists and special weapon ranges.
Only "re-balancing" factor is that such a list would get -2 orders if going 1st (which deosnt work for turn 2 and 3). But yes, whatever they do, it will only work even better if cheap LI are chearleaders (which you cannot easily limit usage of).
It's going to be interesting how a Sectorial that is able to run only HI, but doesn't have Stealth on most models will deal with Hacking. And even if they fix the Order economy for it in normal games, how will it not be OP in LI?
