I think the marker state repeater should reveal if its used, just that solves everything. But seems CB doesn't want to mess with the printed rules so soon. So instead, they changed morans and lu-duan, and maybe bit will be next. Options are there a lot, maybe she becomes a normal hacker with extra of trinity so she cannot go into cybermask, or she gets 2 options, a normal hacker with kiss, and a KHD without him, or kiss becomes a normal bot (like billie or piwell).
