Subj. Other than page 18 of the rulebook there's no mentions of 'Neutral Characters' as a separate group. Which brings a lot of confusion since all AI instructions simply state 'Character'. Are all characters 'Characters' for AI? There's a mention in ally section that interaction with 'Neutral Characters' turns them into 'Allies' (who count as 'Characters' for all intents and purposes). And judging by book every time something is refered as 'Character' its the crew of Defiance or Allies, and thus non-interacted 'Neutral Characters' cannot be targeted by AI. Thoughts? Is it different in Spanish book?
Neutral characters dont count for declaring moves or attacks until they become allies by interacting with them
