Uff guys im so lost right now please be patient with me haha Chest mines have 2 uses, in cc and with template okey If an enemy goes cc with ur seed embryo u can use the cc mode no?
Or you can use the template mode okay But in my active turn how can i activated chest mines? I though they were actomatic so if someone aro me they detonate. For example i land a cadmus near an enemy sniper, and then with my own sniper i shoot to that enemy, and if he dodges or shoot back my mine explodes Im so confused xdd
http://infinitythewiki.com/en/Chest_Mines In the active turn you can use it as a standard Direct Template Weapon, just like a Chain Rifle etc. BS Weapon. The Chest Mines work as Direct Template Weapons with limited uses. In this Mode, the user can apply the Twin Weapons rule, if he has not spent either of his two Chest Mines (Disposable 2). This means that you will be spending an Order on the Cadmus (in Seed-Embryo form) to declare BS Attack. It's not an actual Mine and isn't automatic - so it does not trigger like a Mine.
Let go of the old rules :) Seed-Embryos have 360 vision and can use any weapons the Seed-Embryo profile has. The Seed-Embryo is otherwise basically another trooper and like IJW writes, the Chest Mine it's not a mine and more akin to a Chain-Rifle. You can even declare Move with it (but you won't get very far.)
ohh i see!! yes i was thiking with the old rules, my mistake many thanks guys oh and one question, if seed embryo is like a troop, can it go prone? or start prone ?( seed soldiers)
It can start prone, as has been confirmed by IJW, and I can't find anything that'd prevent it from going Prone by declaring Move skill on it.
