Sappers become Silhouette 3 (40mm base) in the foxhole state, which is why they tend to be modeled on larger bases.

Ah! See, I didn't notice that :) In that case, putting the wall on a separate base is a cool idea. I might steal it, if I ever get that Haiduk...

Well, some of miniatures could be cured. There is a hope!
I remember, when I saw cateran first time... It was like "Oh no! I'll never play this guys"

I like miniatures with minimum terrain or without it (which is better). But some of them with boxes looks good. I mean female irmandinhos for example. Or Rosie Munroe.

But it's all question of taste.

That's a neat idea, but I'm definitely holding out for the N4 Sapper rules before I undertake any conversion projects.

Generally I like the models to have something that is thematically close, so I changed my Naga to have a duffle bag instead of a big round disc of whatever the hell. Rocks are okay, but then I like to make sure the rest of the base is rocky/ rough also. Sometimes I'm just lazy and use whatever is stuck to it, but I'm not sure why they can't use stuff that might actually be around. Like the Post Human on a little barrier.
It is one of the advantages to plastic, having a model that barely needs one point of contact with the base.

It also helps with Proxy, so my Alpha figures are both independent for example, though I may base a Sirius to use for the Alpha anyway. The Haiduk is very nicely made to line up well though, so he's still looking out past the cover.

If that’s the old tentacle Combined Army Remotes, put them up in one of the Infinity buy/sell groups on Facebook - they’re one of the most sought-after OOP models, other than limited editions!

Actually, it's the old Yu Jing and PanO remotes, along with the current (but bound to be replaced at some point?) Nomad remotes. Also, some of Steel Phalanx minis I decided I don't like and some other stuff. Nobody wants to take them off my hands - and I could use the money to buy new versions of remotes...

Ah, still worth mentioning on FB, then.

Oh, I did. No interest so far, though. Ack! So much money tied in them...
