I have to mold some gun holstes and other small things in green stuff. I also ordered some woman's heads and talking with one of My friend about 3d printing some new Nomads guns. We will see. It's a plague after all.
Statuesque pulp veteran heads. I want to make Jelena in shades and need altered heads for Securitate conversions. I will make some Fuerbach from Tsyklon FB barrel and old Nomad HMG. Something like old Haqqislam FB from Azrail model.
I ended up going with the trucker FB and the new female thoraktai FB arms for my Securitate, turned out really well!
@Snowball - You mened Trucker or Teucer? I don't want to have ALEPH Feuerbach on My Securitate. If situation will be as always, I will make FB Securitate just to see it released by CB And I like style of Haqqislam Feuerbach. It doesn't look like some kind of slick, skinny missile launcher. It looks like BFG
Just another old OOP mini - Morlock WIP. I like his cape and glasses. I don't know why I think about German Techno always when I see him . Someday i will make his "Sister" also. She has a lovely pose, but I don't like double blade weapon of her. I think she will look better with assault pistol.
Another late night painting. Another WIP. OOP Moderstor Sniper. I like this model. It is fun to paint and unusual pose. Hard to paint some aerials when you first glued it together It's almost done. I made some experiments with painting shades and highlighting. I think I will improve it later. Tomorrow I hope I will put him together with the base.
My Moderator MSR sniper is ready... More or less. I'm very happy of this experiment. Use of GW contrast paint was a success. Instead of highlighting Scarf Green with Jade i started with Jade, than I used GW Contrast with Scarf Green and highlighted with Jade. I like fast and more vibrant effect of it. On the other hand, I see the flows - I'm out of practice. As always I have a problem with OSL, especially this time. But in the middle of painting I realised that fluo yellow paint is ruined and I have nothing in exchange. I will repair it lately I hope. Also skin is bad looking, I don't like to paint skin. Maybe I will use this as some kind of underpainting and add some layers to smooth the efect?
Last update on Sniper. I added LOS and tried to make his skin a little better. I know it was the worst part and also My girlfriend said he is to tan for a redhead.
Another OOP Bakunin Moderstor. Spitfire running guy. I didn't like him but now think it's very interesting model with strange, running pose. I still experiments with jade green and contrast paint. But I like the effect. Jade base, ork skin contrast with some scarf green and highlights with mix of jade +scarf, jade and jade+white. Effect is very vibrant. Because he is very dark skinned the overall look is very dark. I thin I will make his "skin plates" more silver. Maybe it will help a little. What do you think? Other ideas to make him less dark?
I'm in some kinde of painting frenzy, so here is another OOP model... so old and a little converted, then most of you will never guess what it was at start. Still WIP. The base is there, and some details. Fast painting with more traditional style... but I think paint was a little to thick and to dry - problems with wet pallet paper.
Good answer. She was MSR Alguacile. And about your question - I don't know. I converted her many years ago, because newer used MSR on Alguaciles. It intended to be paramedic or Daktari. In that time there was idea to give her shorts barrel rifle, but now it can be SMG. Maybe she will be My Jazz?
Whatever loadout you wish to use go for it. The little kitten on the model is a nice touch that the original sculpt had. Happy to see that you kept it.
Yes. Her pet is nice little detail. But fits more to some specialist like medic or engineer than to a sniper.
Another project. Some replacement for Crazy Koalas. I don't like them and don't see place for running balls in my Tunguska army. Here is some proposal - cyberspiders. What do you think about them? Use one or two for the base? Add some boxes to.make it more koala-size?
Although I like the Koalas ("Free Hugs!") the spiders look interesting. One on a base should be enough.
Agreed on the single model. But you can have two per base if you wish. Where did you get those mech spiders? They certainly look like something Tunguska would have for their bombs or tinbots.
