Actually I wouldn't even bother about the Blue Wolf if it wasn't for Multiterrain (in addition to full auto).
That's what I wrote ;) As to your later question, I have no fkin clue what might be fair. Mostly I'd like it to cost sufficiently low that a duo is possible without sacrificing the rest of the list. I do think there will be some differences though. Mainly in the PH for Gizmo and Dodge.
Of course he looks cool but I probably still wont take him. That many more points for CC is just dumb. A stat that that's used maybe once in a 50 games with him. Full Auto (assuming it's stays) is good but then he's just a glass canon. He can dish it out but can't take it.
Actually, I wonder how much that dodge: PH = 11 reduces the cost of the Haqq TAG. It could be by A LOT given that we know PH reduced HI save a lot of points.
Kind of, but it does make the special rules row a bit crowded on some units. Maybe they should consider making a modifiers row and a separate special skills row.
There maybe a better arrangement but so far I am happy with that part of this. Maybe it will turn into a mess but I hope not.
PH=11 is before mods are calculated, so the Blue Wolf might just have PH15 as a baseline instead of hyperdynamics and PH=12 or whatever. The modified Gizmokit PH stat is something every TAG gets on their profile, as Gizmokits are rolled off PH and can be used when damaged, not just when unconscious. This TAG is pretty amazing though. I can see it dropping down to low-mid 70s and being a viable contender for a list.
Hmm, less exciting then. Still probably going to stay measure of last resort trying to heal manned tags with an engineer.
Looking at CodeOne Gamma at 50 to 55 points (translated), I'd say that 70's isn't unreasonable, which would also put the combined CC values, burst, and increased dodge ability at about 15 points compared to the HB TAG, which I feel isn't unreasonable. I do think that the Guijia shouldn't be far behind the BlueWolf, though, and I don't think low 70s is entirely likely unfortunately.
