You just described religious syncretism. Which is a thing that happens in, you know, modern day. Like Umbanda is a merge of yoruba and catholicism. I've always thought Observance beliefs lines up well with another modern day syncretic religion: the Santa Muerte faith, especially because Santa Muerte is also outlawed in some places.
Not supe the Studio Update will tell much about the Bakunin Pack. Last year, Raveneye week, with the Morat Pack, started on March 21st, the same week as Adepticon. Santa Muerte Segadora is worshiped in Corregidor.
Bakunin box will be an April release with early copies at Adepticon on the 23rd of March. Preview weeks are usually the same week as the convention, though last year the Blackwind week was the week before Gen Con, which puts Bakunin preview week as the 13th or 20th by those patterns. There's usually a "noisy trailer" the Friday before the view week, which would be the 10th or 17th. We are still about two months away from retail release, and nearly a month from early convention releases of the box. Historically Army updates also go live the first morning of the convention, so the 23rd March in this case.
From today's Studio Update, preorder and Bakunin Observance Action Pack video week start on the 6th March.
I think the logic was the bakunin week starts on march 6th so the preorder comes up on the 9th. I hope that's the case, I'm quite anxious about this update, a lot more than I was for MAF. MAF was basically 'eh, can't get any worse, bring it'. Now it's 'ohmaimarypleasebegood'
