I would like to see something like a small template direct template stun weapon on moderators, but that would increase their cost, wouldn't it? Anyhow, a dire foes moderator would be cool too, although I'm not a fan of dire foes, to be honest.
yep, i consider their Electric Pulse would reflect their stun baton that cause actual stun, not this new blindness-like stun state. Although having the riot's flash bang (stun grenade, called flash grenade in N2) would be great too. Perhaps also have a choice for Stun LGL instead of N LGL ? At least in Hunting Party they get a bunch of stun pistol that cause IMM state.
It's not used all that often, but Stun is actually pretty powerful. I can't see CB giving it to a basic line troop with making you pay for it.
Bakunin aren't getting anything else this year though, no? Zoe is it. If there's a Dire Foes, it's maybe more sensible to be tunguskan to introduce a tunguskan character.
Nomads also have a bunch of characters. Bakunin alone has 34 right now, which is more than the entirety of YJ. As much as I'd like something to lift Mods. The faction as a whole doesn't really need it. Edit: forgot Avi.
