Yep, it seems that Sect will have even more Irregulars than Vanilla. But I bet, the much to expensive regular Lieutanant option of Kasym will have Inspiring Presence in the Khanate. That would be pretty balanced imho, becuase of his rather high points cost and everone knows who your LT is and on top of that, you will have a hard time to hide him. On topic...I hope they do something with Yasbir. He has his uses, but ost of the time he gets kicked out of my lists, because there is something more appealing than him.
I would find it far more likely they provide a profile which allows Irregulars to be used in a crutch-team format. Like how Antipodes need a controller, same as the Hungries and the Kuang Shi.

Why not both this and inspiring on Kasym? Lesser chiefs keep their boys in line but the Khan keeps everyone in line. Also....mmm the Khanate
We have another option to consider, something similar to what Hungries use: "you're regular as long as this guy is alive and you're part of his fireteam". Some of those things we've mentioned are necessary if we are serious about these unique Khanate links, as long as we aren't getting very specific profiles for that. But I feel it's way off-topic at this point. We should probably move to sectorial speculation thread with this talk.
I would be VERY surprised to see Leila go. I get the feeling they are using this event as a means of changing up, rebalancing, and rebooting less used named characters (AKA Yasbir). Yasbir is probably the single least used named character I see next to Zamira. From a story standpoint though...what does some ganger bike chick have to do with anything in the Sphere? Yasbir is an intelligence agent. I would bet my pants he gets taken out.
