In all seriousness, I would totally run an Asura Haris. I mean it probably wouldn't work, getting a balanced list would be difficult, but would certainly scare the pants off some opponents. What OSS really needs a Holoprojector troop, so we can put our three Asura models on the board.
It was the Lt. option. I dont find the profil much better know. I still think msv3 is to expensive and without Lt. option I wouldnt Play her. Maybe there will be a cheaper KHD Lt. Version...?
This reminds me of our old ideas for new units. One of them was for the Rakshasa, impersonating assasins, for these occasions where ALEPH's message needs to be written in somebody's bits all over the floor, walls and ceiling... It is strange that Aleph who can create the most advanced Lhosts, and even recreation of historical figures to not have an Impersonating Troop. Even if it was a top-secret 'project doppelgänger' created to have a Character sleeper agent infiltrate Nomads for their own good of course!
It'll be more a balance thing than anything else. Maybe if Biovisors start to become ridiculously prevalent. I mean, Impersonation state is already creeping in pretty hard with KHDs.
Pretty nice idea, I'd just suggest two different things: Viral CCW instead of EXP Why Chest Mines?! That's one of those weapons which feels completely un-Alephy by lore. However, it would still make it big standard Impersonator. For Aleph, I'd prefer if they went a different way. Superior Infiltration, KHD with Spotlight upgrade, special equipment piece that allows you to start with Cybermask active.
I feel that KHD combined with reliable means of starting on enemy's half would be a big no. Impersonator because I would like them to be Aleph's Fidays, but with less precision (we have Dasyu for that), more pure scare tactics.
It's only Superior Infiltration, but yeah, I agree it's a big questionmark. Fidays are already very imprecise, they're more blocking pieces. Speculo is the precision instrument. And overall, I don't disagree with idea of Aleph Fidays, it's just that I would like them to be different, not just Aleph copy of the same unit. Give us a proper twist on them. Personally, I'd like to have them less destructive to regular troops but with KHD and AHD option to make them truly terrifying against Hackers and/or Hackable targets.
I'd like them to be basically terror troops, but your idea is interesting. How about leaving them potent CC capability, but arming with E/M weaponry? AHD, E/Marat, Eclipse Grenades for example.
Oh, yeah, I'd love that. :) More focused on nonlethal thread reduction, let's call it (still a terror to players XD ). I'd also like a E/M Assault Pistol for complete package :D
CB could introduce E/M Perimeter Weapons... But I think we're too much into wishlisting territory now ;)
