Soon And Triumvirate are most definitely not good guys. They are push your grandmother into a bus to get out of a meeting that is going to be an unfavorable employee review kinda people.
Sorry, those were two completely separate statements. To be clear, the second paragraph was about the Tohaa Trinomial, not the Triumvirate. And it was intended to be very ironic It is a current goal of the Trinomial to infilitrate and divide the economy of the Human Sphere. The reasons that the Tohaa Trinomial supported the uprising can be summed up as: 1) The AI blocked the previous attempted dealing with PanO, but might not notice dealings with a smaller power, like a particular ethnic group of a hyper power. 2) The chaos of the upheaval would make it easier to infilitrate the Human Sphere. 3) The Tohaa would have free access to JSA territory. If the Triumvirate is Evil, the Trinomial is basically Evil Lite. The Triumvirate is just a little more proactive. And all in all, isn't being proactive a good thing?
Trinomial and Triumvirate are not "the bad ones", but Triumvirate would do anything to stop the CA. The Trinomial would do almost everything.
Well... Considering that Triunvirate is going to be almost no-tohaa units (that means mercs), I wouldn't be that happy...
