Not to my knowledge. Speculation goes that the upcoming campaign book introduces new sectorials (including the kazaks) but no word when it's going to released.
I really hope the new spec ops can link with marauders or grunts in the same way Sharif can link with Ghulam and Muyib.
I'd love for the character spec ops to be able to join Grunt and Minuteman links, (marauder's don't need another feather in their already impressive cap) I'm kinda hoping they'll either be a really aggressive beatstick or have some really out there gimmick. Heard alot of talk about Briscards and I do agree that climbing+ would be the easiest solution. But I thought a fun new skill they could add to them instead would be 'Rappelling' : Units that have this skill who use the Lean Out action may end their move directly below the wall they leaned over. Regardless of distance between top to bottom. But still remaining as close as possible to the point they leaned out from. : Hope that makes sense. I thought it dynamic, aggressive and easily able to be added to a few other units as well.
Thats interesting but a super situational rule. I am usually using my briscard link pretty aggressively so they arent on top of things frequently so I would almost never us that ability. I like your thinking out of the box though!
Thank you. I do agree though it is a bit situational XD but I like it as a way to keep aggressive momentum or give the ability for units to attack from an unexpected angle. I think I've only ever seen someone use lean out like twice but if I had this on a few units, i know it would come up more than Kinematica.
My wishlist: -unknown ranger with inmunity shock and update profile to link with grunts or minuteman -Grunt profile with D-Charges -Foxtrot with minelayer profile Thats it...just that
PLS YES! Maybe the new Specops Foxtrot minelayer = Chasseur without LFT I want a Airborne Ranger with L.Camo or D-Charges
The problem of having a foxtrot minelayer is that it would allow ariadna to have up to 5 minelayers. While I would love that, I'm not sure it's a good idea to make camo spam even easier to do
Airborne Ranger with CH:M and D-Charges would be amazing. Might actually be able to pull off those antenna bombing missions haha!
Apart from vsolitarios ideas I would really like them to do a bit more work on USAriadna. Because right now they feel almost like a teaser/trailer lacking some vital components to make them feel cool and unique. So, some wishes/ideas: - smoke. Where there's fire there's smoke. The faction is limited to MSV1, and supposed to be low-tech. Whats more low-tech than smoke? At the moment we have 3 profiles with smoke. All of them being on larger bases (2 bikes 1 dog) We don't have the msv to make it cheesy, but our lumbering link teams need some smoke to advance with our 4-2 mov. - We have an abundance of thing that needs to be repaired, from bikes and mulebots to airplanes. Yet we have a single engineer. And I don't even mean only profile. It's AVA 1. This mostly hurts in playing campaigns, but have more low-tech ways to complete scenarios (d-charges) or tackle other factions super toys (glue gun) would be nice. - This is actually part 2 of the sentence above. But, wouldn't irrmandinhos clear some of the things I've wrote above? I don't know about you guys, but I'm probably buying one anyway to use as a dozer since the model is sweet. - Another expensive profile..or two. This might sound silly, but in limited insertion there's basically 2 ways to build a list, and the only interchangeable part is if your 5man-link are marauders or minutemen. - Non-forward observer specialists. This ties up with the rest. I get that we're low-tech, so we get god-awful hackers. Haqq have their doctors.. Onyx have their hackers, Nomads have their hackers. I guess what I'm saying is that we can't all be burly grunts, they have to be good at something other than hacking. Also, just put in tank hunters, since it would be amazing, and the new model fits perfectly.
At first I was going to be humble. But after a quick check I realized something. Pano can wave all they want, send over some tags, de fersen, joan, loads of TO camo, useful remotes, MSV 3, more TO camo. The list goes on. What I'm saying is that I understand the tradeoff that makes the sectorials differ from each other. But at this rate I might as well play an all Bolt NCA instead. And by god are those bolts beautiful.
Mmm...okay. One thing I'd like to see with Kazak line are more specialist troopers. There's not really alot other than Paramedic, FO, Engineer.
It seems that every faction expects their N+1'st sectorial to arrive with that new book, whatever it is. I came to think that only PanO have more basis to expect their sectorial while being somewhat realistic and not just "we have these high hopes". At least PanO was given their "monolists" that do look like a sectorial in testing... Tbh Airborne Rangers with Mimetism kinda steps on Paracommando's toes. I get it that Paras aren't in USARF and USARF seems to be in need of any help it can get, but I'm not sure homogenizing armies is a good solution.
Like all the other factions?? Also have the Kazak doctor and probably the wardriver. And you have the cheapest specialist in the whole game.
