Wait what? Im not saying they are doing this to tohaa, but didnt yu jing lose a bunch of units to that one new na2 army? Im pretty sure it would be in keeping with theme for there to be new chaksa/kaauri/tohaa units in an na2 box that the designers felt didnt meld well with the base army and so were not released for the main army. Im assuming at least a few would be available to tohaa, to make tohaa players want to buy the box, but the design team can also say certain units are too good when teamed with makaul or symbiomates or whatever and leave a reason for tohaa players to move into a new faction (so they can use all the pieces in the box). I mean, it makes sense from a design perspective, and from a marketing one as well. Worst case scenario we can just use the new units as proxies for other things in tohaa if we dont want to change factions or whatever.
Stop doing adderall with Monster chasers, then. Or on second thoughts, keep doing it. Then it's just a self-solving issue.
While the informations provided by @Koni are understandably vague, I would like to take the opportunity and acknowledge Koni (and to some extent CB) came to the english subforum to intereact with us and at least try to apease us. It is much appreciated, thank you.
Also, keep in mind the wait isn't much longer. All will be revealed march 27th. Thankfully we don't have to wait long to find our answers.
Just to assuage everyone, the article on the Web page has this to say: "Although Spiral Corps is not a Tohaa Sectorial, it’s possible to use their profiles and miniatures as reinforcement for the Tohaa army since all the new troops are valid for this faction. However, some weapon loadouts or special abilities are restricted to Spiral Corps"
I don't *need* to think fast enough to keep up - it's trying to follow the insane amount of infinityoga stretching and reaching the peat does that does my head in. I like their models and the game is a bonus. Even if the entire game goes away, I've still got the minis, and they'll work fine in something else. :p
Guys, cut it off. Going OOP supposes only an inconvenient for new players. Despite of that rules for unit representation are quite light and flexible for that having less of an impact. So far can't be compared with having around 15 units removed from your army list
YEAH! SCREW THOSE NEW PLAYERS! IT'S NOT LIKE THEY COULDN'T HAVE GOTTEN INTO THE GAME NOW! What a stupid stance to take.
