Well, looks like after your 20th time saying CB wouldn't release the article this week as promised because they're spanish, they indeed did release it. Anyway, what I find most hilarious about this forum-shitstorm is that the behaviour shown by "cartoonish-evil-YuJing" is the same shown by the players during the BoW global campaigns and during this last week ("We have free spots in the Kuang-Shi program", "We'll send you all to reeducation camps", "We should exterminate those Japs", "I'm going to piss in your miniatures", ...). I don't know if this was intended or if this "Uprising" was already in CB's schedule since the begining of Infinity, but I love how Yu-Jing now mirrors the behaviour of their players.
I.... appreciate the effort of posting an article, I guess? But ultimately there are a number of very specific very passionate concerns driving the upset here. To those who dont have such concerns, an article wasn't needed, everything was already fine. To those with such concerns, that article provides nothing we hadn't already known or extrapolated, and thus doesnt resolve the major questions or dispel the dissatisfaction. Corvus Belli as a company has limited time and resources. I do not think that article was a good investment. I'd like them to do things differently, but CB doesn't answer to me. If they aren't going to, better to spend time writing out some awesome content for the NEXT book or imagining an amazing notWakanda popculture reference box release for 2025, and keep washing it down with Yu Jing tears since they arent trying to stop that flow anyway.

Depends on how bad CB were at communicating the change. If it was done like Uprising has? RAEG. They aren't as clutch as some people seem to believe. A nice tool for sure but not essential. It is all in the delivery of the information tho. Why? Do you have insecurities when facing Kuang Shi?

That's like, your opinion, dude. To speak as Yoda, sense you still must make. A little less complaining about people having different opinions about things than you do and a bit more sense, please. What's your point? Hell, what is even the sentence you failed to Yoda? I just ordered 200 dollars worth of ISS and JSA from my local game store, but I'm probably not going to play Yu Jing much until something new is released on the profiles side of things.
I was saying that good will should be mutual. Expect from company to lick you all over in advance is quite immature, to my opinion. I won`t say anything salty about financial responsibilities because of $200 check and so on, it will be rude and unfair from my side.
It's probably a good thing you didn't, 'cause I'd have to point out that you'd be sorely mistaken on my position in the whole thing. As for your comment on goodwill being mutual, that tells me you haven't reflected properly on what is goodwill and what is badwill. Them selling miniatures for profit isn't goodwill, that's a transaction. If you, like me, love this game and want to see it going strong in the future, you should probably be concerned for how CB has been generating badwill towards members of the community with this release, since badwill has a habit of accumulating until ut starts biting you in the ass.
The thing is that CB don`t spent yet their credit of trust in my eyes. Still good enough to fuel my inspiration to convert, paint miniatures and play.

I think that at the end of this Yu Jing and JSA players are both going to be happy. In order for JSA to grow with unique attributes and flavor it had to do so outside of Yu Jing. And Yu Jing will counter the threat with cool and unit attributes of the Invisible Army. Separate they can grow in their own directions. If they were kept together, I think both would have been watered down to keep vanilla balanced. Yu Jing will take its lumps now and come out stronger in the end. Have fun with it. lol, if they base on the result/behaviour from the campaign to advance/modify the rpg, i expect a lot of weird things happening. and by weird things, i mean like small mercenary companies conquering giant warship. IMHO, a thing that i like from infinity was that the Lore is very plausible, hypercorps behave like they should. Also hyperpowers and lesser powers. very few point may be dismissed as "plot armour". i hope that the new book keeps this pace. really. We already have many "total war because it's cool" sci-fi setting. and frankly, they all suck.
