So it seems like we get "official" Infinity versions of The Major and Batou (Unit-9) and it's probably those in the left corner. I'm thinking duo for sure. The biker is of course Celti.

Kuge refers to aristocracy from the imperial court, meaning they could either be sent by yu jing as sort of an inverse kemptei to ensure obedience, or part of a japanese imperial resurgence movement from old nobility.
I don't think the Kuge is in the picture. Considering the name it should be someone more royal looking. There are two Unit-9 in the box, so probably Batou (lower left) and Kusanagi (red head), which would fit with the GitS theme.
Maybe, but its noted its a delegate not the Kuge itself main reason I dont think its another section 9 is different shoulder markings, section 9 has full title, red head has a more ornate symbol unless section 9 is a more ragtag group with looser uniform rules.
Yeah, I noticed the different shoulder pads. And it seems like the Major has a completely artificial body (as you would expect) and if they want to reflect that (and TO) in the stats I suppose it makes sense having her as a different profile from Batou. So maybe Togusa and Batou as Unit-9? :D
She seems to have some sort of implants or screws where the neck meets the torso. I'd vote for Oniwaban Kusanagi XD At the far back, the TAG!!! 10 miniatures, 300pts Limited Insertion force? :p
Not sure if it's a tag in earlier pic was near same height as biker? Maybe it's a ghost like the su jian?
