As a Yu Jing man myself, I really respect your painterly style and focus on a full invinicble army collection. Also it is nice to see you have got your light direction painted skillfully and correctly, especially for hand painting, which is the style I try to do my best in.

No game, but that doesn't prevent me to paint:laughing:

    Thank you:blush:
This is my biggest Infinity project since the Guardians of Corregidor (and the first I hope to be able to finish).
I wish my style could be as clean as yours.

EDIT: for the fun, my Invincibles through the ages.

The right one is the older colour pattern, the left one is the second colour pattern I used to repaint all my Yu Jing mini at the time. Below is my lattest colour pattern, a close evolution of the previous one.
Several years have passed between each "generation"

Same here. I don't have people to play with in person but that doesn't stop me from continuing the hobby aspect.
In your progression of this Yu Jing color scheme what has changed the most is the cables/underarmor of the models. From dark green to dark brown to a copper orange.

    Hello,

Two more additions to the Invincible Army.
    [IMG] [IMG]

My painting for this sectorial is almost done.
Remain to (order and) paint the Shang Ji, Chung-Hee Jeong and a Warcor.

Any idea for a themed warcor ?

    Here comes the Warcor.

I don't follow the army theme for this one as I can use him on several armies.

Last miniature of the year with the HVT of my Invincible Army: an office employee of Yuè Minerals (lets call her Kiêu from the accounts department:slightly_smiling_face:)

Picture makes me realise there are some corrections to add.

    Hello,

First miniature of the year with a Keisotsu serving as test.

While I'm waiting for my Shang Ji to finish the Invincible Army, I'm searching a new sectorial that will become my next projet, and JSA is one of them.

Like my Yu Jing miniatures, the JSA color pattern is an update from my (very) old Japanese pattern.

@TenNoBushi Besides JSA what other sectorials are in the running for your next project?

Imperial Service, OperationS, Corregidor, White Banner.

White Banner would be the simplest: same colors as the Invincible Army with a bit of white here and there.
JSA is simple too even if I'm going to rework the colors a bit.
Imperial Service and Corregidor have their colors done for a while, but I'm less comfortable painting dark colors.
OperationS need a deeper rework of my original pattern as I want to make something consistent with a futur O-12 color pattern and Steel Phalanx (but in this case it's me overthinking things as usual).

Morats were also in the list, but I'm waiting for a confirmation of their fate (reboxing, rework or stasis).

I'm more of the mindset to grab what I can before the date comes to pass. Not hopefully of waiting to see what happens unless Cb surprises me.
I guess for a new project it would be White Banner and with the new Action Pack coming it would make jumping into the sectorial easier.
As for repaints go with the one you feel like doing the most.

Hey, love the grey and orange together! I have been fishing around for a way to paint my mimetism troops for Invincible army. This gives me some ideas for how to keep the orange in there while being more subtle.

    Looks great!

@TenNoBushi Nice to see another update from you Ten. Models are looking great as you always seem to accomplish painting them in style.

The olive green looks great for the armor. I am thinking of going with a similar color for mine.
