You're probably right, the bold part especially. They'd be better at CC than Umbra and thats not allowed.
So i tested Swanson in a list the other night, vs Hassassins. Forward deployment was nice, and she pushed up the board very quickly, taking out a Farzan with relative ease and holding position guarding one flank, before she was knocked out by a Ghazi chain rifle (while planting a viral mine). Dr Worm revived her before the end and she was instrumental in messing up the opponent's final turn via more viral mines. She's a really solid gunfighter and the mines are a very, very credible threat that hardly anyone can shrug off lightly, and she fits into just about any Shas list with absurd ease.
